BIO

At just 19 years old, incredibly, Olivia Rooks has now been performing for over 10 years! Building an impressive CV, she has appeared on stage at a huge variety of local and national events and also made her debut TV performance on ITV’s drama, Girlfriends, starring Zoe Wannamaker and Phyllis Logan.

Having studied at SLP Musical Theatre College in Leeds, Olivia will graduate this year before focusing on furthering her career as a performer. Besides her acting talent clearly shining through, Olivia’s over-riding passion is singing and is considered her greatest strength in performance, with her influences ranging from the refined power of Natalie Weiss through to the clear tones of Jessie Mueller.

Alongside her vocal development, Olivia has studied in great depth, acting, in particular the Meisner technique, whilst building up a repertoire of jazz dancing and movement.

Olivia is an all-round classic performer, completely dedicated to succeeding at the highest levels on both the West End stage and Broadway. With her sheer dedication and passion for the industry, these goals are highly attainable!
